My Little Cookbook
So… Apparently, I made a little cookbook.
This started as a way to put some of my favorite recipes in one place and somehow turned into an actual book. It’s about 10–15 of my favorite recipes with some go-to sides.
Screw those books with 100 recipes — these are my rock-solid, tried-and-true, impress-your-friends dishes I’ve worked on for my entire adult life. It’s filled with the things I love to cook — bold flavors, lots of heat, meat and seafood, comfort food, some fancy shit, and recipes that occasionally require several hours and a drink (or 4).
I actually put the first version together as a Christmas gift for my friends and family. Everyone seemed to love it (or at least said so out of classic nepotism) and told me I should sell them online. So, I did just that.
If you want to feel like part of the fam, you can get one now. And don’t worry… I took out the sappy intro I made everyone read in the Christmas edition.
And yes, I know it’s a little pricey. These suckers are expensive to print. The price basically covers my printing costs — I’m not planning on purchasing a yacht with my cookbook sales anytime soon.
