Banana Bread

Recipe Supplies:

• Bananas (2. Very Ripe... I put mine in the freezer)

• Eggs(2)

• Butter (8oz soffened)

• Cream (1/4 cup)

• All Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cup)

• White sugar (1 cup)

• Brown sugar (1/2 cup)

• Salt (1/2 tsp)

• Baking Soda (1 tsp)

• Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 335 degrees.

Smash all your bananas in a bowl with a whisk or fork until blended.

Mix your dry ingredients in another bowl (flour, baking soda, and salt).

Blend the butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and even.

Then add one egg at a time while blending, then add the cream.

After you have your wet mix blended, add half of the bananas and half of the dry mix to the wet mix. Then repeat.

Grease a bread pan with butter or a non-seed oil.

Add your banana bread mixture evenly.

Put it in the oven for 50 minutes with another bread pan on top, upside down like a lid, to keep the bread from drying out.

Remove the bread, check with a toothpick to see if it’s cooked, then let it cool and remove from the pan.
