Supplies:
- Bananas (Very Ripe… I put mine in the freezer) – 2
- Eggs – 2
- Butter (soffened) – 8oz
- Cream – 1/4 cup
- All Purpose Flour – 1 3/4 cup
- White sugar – 1 cup
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp
Preheat your oven to 335 degrees.

Smash all your bananas in a bowl with a whisk or fork until blended.

Mix your dry ingredients into another bowl (flour, baking soda, and salt).

Blend the butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and even.
Then add one egg at a time while blending. Then the cream.

After you have your wet mix blend, add half of the bananas and half of the dry mix to this wet mix. Then repeat.
Grease a bread pan with butter or a non-seed oil.

Add your banana bread mixture evenly.

Put in the oven for 50 minutes with another bread pan on top to keep the bread from drying out.

Remove bread, check with a toothpick to see if it is cooked, then let cool and remove from pan.
