This is a place for me to journal about recipes I have created and sometimes why I did so. It is essentially my electronic cookbook that I can share with friends and family if they are curious about how I made something.
I am not polished, and neither is this site. I am trying to entertain myself while figuring out what I want to do next after selling my business of 15 years. So, cooking most days and documenting it is keeping me somewhat sane. At least, I think so…
If you are offended by crude language, terrible writing, sarcasm, or loose recipes that don’t do a lot of hand-holding, then you are absolutely in the wrong place.
If you like heat, bold flavors, unstaged iPhone pictures from the moment, and recipes that take all day while drinking with friends and doing things from scratch, then you might find a fraction of this informative.
