Good for about 2 weeks in the frig.
Supplies:
- Ketchup (1 1/2 cups)
- Any Stock… or water (1/2 cup)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup)
- Worcestershire Sauce (1/3 cup)
- Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Garlic Cloves (6 minced)
- Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoons)
- Cayenne Pepper (1 1/2 tablespoons)
- Onion Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Black Pepper (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (a pinch)
Put all the supplies into a large skillet. Mix together and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to a simmer and stir occasionally for 30 minutes while the sauce thickens.
Season to taste.
